Adem\u00e1s de <a href=\"https:\/\/letsprototype.com\/diseno-y-fabricacion-de-prototipos\/\"><strong>fabricar prototipos<\/strong><\/a>, aportamos ideas durante el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n del <strong>invento<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>El 100% de las <strong>ideas<\/strong>, persiguen alguno de estos objetivos:<\/div><ol><li>Conseguir mejoras que redunden en ahorro de costes en el futuro inmediato del proyecto.\u00a0<\/li><li>Conseguir mejoras que acerquen el producto a sus potenciales clientes.<\/li><\/ol><div>Pero NO, no voy a venderte \u201cmi libro\u201d.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Si quieres saber m\u00e1s sobre esto, escr\u00edbeme en privado.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Yo he conocido dos tipos de inventores:<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Los que aplican el m\u00e9todo de forma tal, que llegan a conclusiones de mejora muy \u00fatiles para sus inventos.<\/div><div>Los que siguen sin comprender, qu\u00e9 el invento, adem\u00e1s de para\u00a0fardar, tiene que ser \u00fatil para los clientes.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Y eso, querido amigo, es lo que diferencia un Invento In\u00fatil de una oportunidad de negocio.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Vamos con \u00a0el m\u00e9todo, estoy seguro que lo aprovechar\u00e1s desde hoy.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Paso 1<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Lo primero que debes hacer, es pensar en los clientes para los que has pensado tu invento.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Ponle cara, ojos y dientes, piensa en ellos y reflexiona sobre cu\u00e1nto les conoces realmente.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a1Ah! amigo, que, pasa si el usuario de tu invento eres t\u00fa mismo?<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>OJO, en ese caso, debes encontrar otros que compartan tu problema.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Quiero que sepas todo sobre tus clientes:\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>C\u00f3mo toman las decisiones<\/div><div>En qu\u00e9 se gastan el dinero<\/div><div>Qu\u00e9 alternativas a tu producto tienen, por rudimentarias que sean, todo aporta.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Una vez que les tienes totalmente identificado, nos vamos al\u2026<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Paso 2<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Pilla folio y un boli.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00bfYa lo tienes?<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0\u00a1S\u00ed! Vamos a hacer el ejercicio ahora.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Divide el folio en tres columnas.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Izquierda &#8211; Problemas<\/div><div>Centro &#8211; Sorpresas<\/div><div>Derecha: Frustraciones<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>OJO, esto no tiene nada que ver con pol\u00edtica\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Es lo que\u00a0escribiremos en\u00a0cada columna en cada columna.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Comencemos por la izquierda. (Problemas)<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>En esta columna, quiero que enumeres los principales problemas que consideras tienen tus clientes.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>No solo los que tu vas a resolver. Todos es todos\u2026<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Por ejemplo, si tu cliente fuera Protot\u00e9cnica (Laboratorio de fabricaci\u00f3n de prototipos), en la columna izquierda, yo \u00a0incluir\u00eda:<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Captar m\u00e1s inventores con recursos para fabricar sus prototipos.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Posicionarse como l\u00edder entre las f\u00e1bricas de inventos espa\u00f1olas.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Captar y mantener sus capacidades t\u00e9cnicas para materializar de forma eficiente los prototipos.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Captar personal con talento.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>etc\u2026<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>O sea, debes escribir en esa columna, todo lo que consideres cr\u00edtico desde el punto de vista de tu cliente.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00bfYa lo tienes? \u00bfPensaste lo suficiente?\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Vamos al siguiente paso.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Paso N\u00ba3<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Si ya tienes esta lista, describe en el otro folio las caracter\u00edsticas de tu producto.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Ve tachando los problemas que tu consideras quedar\u00e1n resueltos con \u00e9l.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>No te preocupes si a\u00fan quedan problemas por atender, es normal.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Aqu\u00ed tendr\u00e1s una primera fuente de inspiraci\u00f3n para agregar funciones o modificar caracter\u00edsticas de tu producto.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Paso N\u00ba4<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Ahora bien, en la columna del medio vas a listar posibles \u201csorpresas\u201d que podr\u00edas dar a tu cliente.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Piensa en situaciones o soluciones que podr\u00edan causar una sorpresa muy positiva a tu cliente.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Siguiendo el ejemplo de Protot\u00e9cnica como cliente, yo enumeraba algunas como:<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Recibir una ayuda fiscal que a su vez permitiera ofrecer prototipos m\u00e1s ajustados en precio.\u00a0<\/div><div>Contar con el apoyo de universidades para acelerar los procesos de investigaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/div><div>Recibir clientes extranjeros interesados en que se materialicen sus inventos en Espa\u00f1a.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00bf Lo ves? No se trata de responder a los problemas que identificaste antes, sino de encontrar posibles elementos que podr\u00edan generar a tus clientes una grata sorpresa.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Paso N\u00ba5<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Ahora bien relee la lista de funciones de tu producto, y confirma si alguna de sus caracter\u00edsticas responde a estas sorpresas descritas. Si encuentras alguna relaci\u00f3n, tacha la \u201csorpresa de la lista\u201d<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Lo cierto es que, exista relaci\u00f3n o no, este proceso ser\u00e1 otra fuente de inspiraci\u00f3n clave para innovar sobre tu invento.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Paso N\u00ba6\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>En la columna derecha, haremos lo mismo, pero con las frustraciones.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Quiero que listes en esa columna las frustraciones o miedos que creas podr\u00edan sentir tus clientes al enfrentarse a tu nuevo producto.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Por\u00a0 bueno que sea, el cliente tendr\u00e1 alguna resistencia, este es el momento de prever cu\u00e1les ser\u00edan sus objeciones.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00bfYa lo tienes?\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>El procedimiento se repite, revisa si entre las caracter\u00edsticas de tu invento, alguna responde a estos miedos y frustraciones.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0Si no es as\u00ed, tienes una nueva fuente de inspiraci\u00f3n de mejoras para tu producto.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Te aseguro que el m\u00e9todo funciona, nos ha permitido fabricar prototipos mucho m\u00e1s cercanos a las necesidades de los clientes. O sea, con mayores oportunidades de \u00e9xito.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Te animo a completar el ejercicio solo.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Guarda las conclusiones, o sea: los problemas que seg\u00fan t\u00fa el producto resolver, las sorpresas que generar\u00eda y las caracter\u00edsticas que ayudan a evitar los miedos del cliente.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Ahora, rep\u00edtelo con algunas personas NO involucradas con el proyecto, estoy seguro que ganar\u00e1s una nueva perspectiva.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>OJO, puedes hacerlo sin contar tu invento, vas tachando de la lista de problemas, sorpresas y frustraciones, aquellas caracter\u00edsticas que tu producto cubra.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Todo lo que se quede sin resolver en la lista, lejos de ser un problema o un NO, es una gran oportunidad para afinar en tu invento.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Estar\u00e9 encantado si me mandas alg\u00fan comentario sobre el resultado de tu ejercicio.\u00a0<\/div><\/div><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Recuerda\u2026Con estos consejos, no pretendo venderte nada.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Ya me met\u00ed en la cabeza que\u00a0eres un hueso duro de roer.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Solo con mi compromiso de apoyar a nuestra comunidad de inventores.
