El primer paso no es elegir el mejor motor conocido, esta decisi\u00f3n deber\u00eda ser la \u00faltima seg\u00fan nuestro m\u00e9todo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para definir estos requisitos, adem\u00e1s de comprender los objetivos generales del prototipo, nos planteamos preguntas muy espec\u00edficas, como:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tiene que mover el motor y con qu\u00e9 fuerza debe hacerlo?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es clave cuantificar el par o torque requerido para el motor. Este dato objetivo, para esta fase, se extrae de la investigaci\u00f3n y experimentos pr\u00e1cticos, que permitan simular las peores condiciones posibles seg\u00fan escenario de uso.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>\u00bfA qu\u00e9 velocidad?<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tras la respuesta a la pregunta anterior, necesitamos comprender cu\u00e1les son las restricciones de velocidad que necesitamos en el funcionamiento. Esta informaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 clave para calcular el <\/span><b>dimensionamiento del motor m\u00e1s \u00f3ptimo para el prototipo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tipo de movimiento se requiere?\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La respuestas a esta interrogante permitir\u00e1 comprender si se requiere un motor capaz de girar largos per\u00edodos o por el contrario, contar\u00e1 con restricciones de paradas continuas. Caracterizar correctamente los ciclos de trabajo del motor, permitir\u00e1 dimensionar la potencia real necesaria y planificar su posible vida \u00fatil, como parte esencial del futuro producto.<\/span><\/p><p><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 nivel de precisi\u00f3n y control se requiere en el movimiento?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin duda esta pregunta puede hacer replantear las conclusiones que ya pod\u00edas estar induciendo como<\/span><b> mejores motores para tu prototipo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Si en el prototipo la necesidad es generar un movimiento entre dos puntos, sin necesidad de controlar el ciclo, el abanico de opciones es ampl\u00edsimo y barato.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cambio, seg\u00fan a\u00f1adamos restricciones o necesidades, la lista de opciones se disminuir\u00e1 proporcionalmente, y las soluciones ser\u00e1n sustancialmente m\u00e1s caras. prototipos donde solo se necesite un movimiento continuo sin restricciones de control principal limitaci\u00f3n, es que en soluciones donde se requiere velocidad, pierden mucha capacidad y llegan a perder el control de los pasos.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El punto de diferencia m\u00e1s cr\u00edtico entre motores DC y paso a paso, radica en el control. <\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element Por tanto, hay que comprender las <\/span><b>restricciones del prototipo como un todo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, para valorar las verdaderas necesidades.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estas son alguna de las restricciones que m\u00e1s complican el proceso de elecci\u00f3n de motores:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Alimentaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un motor AC no sirve si tu prototipo funciona con bater\u00edas.\u00a0 De la misma forma, un motor de 24V no es compatible con un sistema pensado para 5V. La fuente de energ\u00eda es un filtro muy restrictivo en el proceso de <\/span><b>elecci\u00f3n de motores para prototipar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Factor de forma y tama\u00f1o: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la mayor\u00eda de las ocasiones, el factor de forma y el tama\u00f1o del producto son determinantes. Estas variables las fija, sobre todo, el mercado. En cambio, muchas veces el motor perfecto, no cabe en estas restricciones.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Entorno de operaci\u00f3n: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cada prototipo, seg\u00fan sus objetivos funcionales, tendr\u00e1 un entorno de operaci\u00f3n. La exposici\u00f3n al polvo, humedad, vibraciones u otras condiciones particulares podr\u00edan influir tambi\u00e9n en la aceptaci\u00f3n o descarte de las opciones.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Equilibrio viabilidad t\u00e9cnica y econ\u00f3mica:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Este es el componente clave de cualquier prototipo. Durante el proceso de concepci\u00f3n del prototipo, no se puede perder de vista que detr\u00e1s de cada prototipo, habr\u00e1 un negocio.
