Los <\/span><b>objetivos de los socios industriales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pueden ser muy variados, conocerlos de forma previa, es fundamental para captar su inter\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Socios capitalistas:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Los <\/span><b>socios capitalistas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tambi\u00e9n adquieren parte de la propiedad del proyecto. En cambio, los <\/span><b>objetivos de un socio capitalista<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se ci\u00f1en a la rentabilidad del dinero invertido. Es muy cierto que en las <\/span><b>primeras etapas de un proyecto<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, los <\/span><b>socios capitalistas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> no son profesionales de la inversi\u00f3n y suelen tener intereses personales cercanos a los promotores.
