The lack of <\/span><b>technical rigor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in the patent description, the evident technical gaps in these documents, and the absence of a clear understanding of the innovation cycle expose easily improvable inventions. These are often taken advantage of by those who do understand the proper steps and have the resources to act.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><b>Future protection risks:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> The <\/span><b>filing of premature patents<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2014or more commonly, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/letsprototype.com\/en\/utility-model\/\" target=\"_self\"><b>utility models<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2014creates a precedent for an invention that is often clearly improvable.
