Una vez cumplidas las condiciones de cesi\u00f3n de derechos de explotaci\u00f3n del invento, el inventor podr\u00e1 abrir <\/span><b>nuevos modelos de negocios<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n existe el<\/span><b> modelo de cobro de royalties de duraci\u00f3n extendida<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. En este caso, salvo incumplimiento que cause la rescisi\u00f3n del contrato de royalties, a efectos pr\u00e1cticos, es como si se hubiese vendido la patente.
