El chupete ca\u00edda vertical<\/strong> es un invento promovido por una empresa espa\u00f1ola especialista en desarrollo de productos<\/strong><\/a> para ni\u00f1os. el intercambio de chupetes por las continuas ca\u00eddas ha sido durante d\u00e9cadas, un problema que se ha intentado resolver de m\u00faltiples formas. Hasta el momento, las cadenas decorativas han sido la soluci\u00f3n m\u00e1s utilizada para evitar que la tetina de los chupetes toque el suelo en las continuas ca\u00eddas.\u00a0<\/p>

El reto asignado a nuestro equipo de dise\u00f1o industrial<\/strong>, consist\u00eda en inventar un sistema mec\u00e1nico<\/strong> que permitiera la retracci\u00f3n de la tetina en situaciones de ca\u00edda, sin despreciar la ergonom\u00eda del producto para los beb\u00e9s<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Soluci\u00f3n propuesta para el prototipo del chupete<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

El chupete ca\u00edda vertical<\/strong> incluye un sistema mec\u00e1nico<\/strong> que habilita una retracci\u00f3n discreta<\/strong> de la tetina cuando el chupete est\u00e1 en desuso. Este sistema mec\u00e1nico no ejerce una presi\u00f3n inc\u00f3moda para su uso natural, por tanto, la retracci\u00f3n en s\u00ed misma no es suficiente para evitar el contacto de la tetina con el suelo en caso de ca\u00eddas.\u00a0<\/p>

Para conseguir el objetivo del prototipo<\/strong><\/a>, el equipo de dise\u00f1o industrial<\/strong> propuso una amplificaci\u00f3n geom\u00e9trica de las curvas que protegen la tetina y aportan ergonom\u00eda en su uso. Con esta ligera modificaci\u00f3n del las alas del chupete, sumada a la leve retracci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica, se consigui\u00f3 que el prototipo del chupete<\/strong> evitara el indeseado contacto.<\/p>

En los ciclos de test del prototipo<\/strong><\/a>, se pudo demostrar que en ca\u00eddas de alturas superiores a los 30 cm, se evitaba cualquier contacto, por lo que los chupetes pod\u00edan reutilizarse tras las indeseadas ca\u00eddas.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
